The example guards its own share on `complete`, so the vignette\ndemonstrates the discipline rather than describing it.\n\nChecked against real output rather than written from the API: requested 200,\nattempts 200, complete TRUE for the worked matrix, so the guarded branch takes\nthe quotable path.
